Did you know that if you sprout the whole oats that you greatly increase their vitamin content and make the more digestible? It is fairly easy to sprout the oats, just soak them for a few hours and then keep them in a bucket that has a split in the bottom or small holes drilled, then rinse them with fresh water a few times a day. Feed as soon as you see the sprouts forming.
